Our Privacy Policy
For us, data protection is not just a legal obligation, but a matter of digital sovereignty. Your personal information is handled with care, confidentiality, and respect for your privacy.
100% Swiss Hosting with No Dependence on GAFAM
All our data (website, customer databases, backups, emails) is hosted exclusively in Switzerland — and for the most part on our own premises — under Swiss jurisdiction. We do not use any third-party cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure. We deliberately avoid entrusting your data to centralized tech giants: no tracking technologies (Google, Facebook, etc.) are integrated into our website. Our communication, analytics, and collaboration tools rely on sovereign solutions that are respectful of your privacy and fully transparent.
File Transfers: No Public Cloud Platforms
Whenever possible, we avoid transferring files through centralized platforms such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, or Google Drive. We prefer internal hosting solutions or secure, self-managed tools to ensure confidentiality and traceability in data exchanges.
Email Delivery via SMTP2GO
In order to ensure an SMTP relay that is reliable, secure, and privacy-compliant — while maintaining an excellent sending reputation (Bounce Rate: 1.40%) and complete traceability — we use the SMTP2GO service, specifically configured to rely on servers located in Europe. This service complies with GDPR as well as Swiss data protection requirements and holds recognized security certifications, including ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC 1 & 2 Type 2 and ISAE 3402, ensuring rigorous and secure handling of email traffic. No personal data is stored for more than 60 days.
Use of Bunny.net CDN
To improve our site's loading speed while respecting your privacy, we use Bunny.net as a Content Delivery Network (CDN). This service is GDPR-compliant and contains no tracking or profiling technologies. Static resources (images, CSS, and JS files) may be served from European nodes to optimize the user experience without your personal data being collected or stored by Bunny.net.
Preference for Free and Open Source Software
We use open source tools whenever possible, ensuring maximum transparency in data processing. This also gives us full control over our infrastructure and information flows.
