Furnaces designed to consume less
All our equipment integrates high-performance insulation materials, selected to minimize heat loss even at very high temperatures. Every kilowatt is optimized, every degree is controlled.
Our designs aim for maximum energy efficiency: fine-tuned regulation, optimized thermal mapping, controlled inertia, and low-power standby systems.
Control of consumables and process gases
Our furnaces use process gases (nitrogen, hydrogen, argon...) sparingly, with dynamic regulation tailored to the real needs of each heat treatment cycle. This approach reduces both consumption and emissions without compromising treatment quality.
Each furnace is designed with precise chamber volume and flow sizing to ensure optimal renewal without overconsumption.
A factory geared toward energy autonomy
Our own production facility follows a transition logic: photovoltaic roof, optimized machine consumption, and intelligent peak load management.
We synchronize our most energy-intensive processes (laser cutting, waterjet cutting, welding) with our solar power production to consume as efficiently and locally as possible.
Swiss Made, in practice
Our production relies on in-house expertise, in our Courgenay workshop in the heart of the Swiss Jura. Every furnace is developed, assembled, wired, and tested on-site, within an extremely local perimeter.
Only the powder-coating paintwork is performed in Porrentruy, less than 7 km away. This organization minimizes transport, ensures consistent quality, and fully supports the regional economy—far beyond a simple label.
Repair without traveling
To reduce the overall carbon footprint related to operating our equipment, we prioritize preventive maintenance and remote support. Our systems are designed for remote monitoring, allowing fast diagnostics, fewer trips, and improved uptime.
