Our Privacy Policy

For us, data protection is not just a legal obligation, but a matter of digital sovereignty. Your personal information is handled with care, confidentiality, and respect for your privacy.

100% Swiss Hosting Without Compromise

All our data (website, customer databases, backups, emails) is hosted exclusively in Switzerland, under Swiss jurisdiction. We do not use third-party cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure. Our choice is clear: security and transparency above all.

No Dependency on Big Tech

We do not entrust your data to centralized digital giants. No Google, Facebook, or other tracking tools are used on our website. Our emails, statistics, and collaboration tools are based on alternative, sovereign, and privacy-friendly solutions.

File Transfers: No Public Platforms

Wherever possible, we avoid transferring files via centralized platforms such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, or Google Drive. We prefer internal hosting or secure and controlled tools to ensure data confidentiality and traceability.

Email Sending via Mailjet

To ensure reliable delivery of our emails (forms, auto-responses), we use the Mailjet platform as an SMTP relay. Messages are transmitted securely via encrypted connections (TLS). Mailjet complies with the GDPR and its ISO 27001-certified infrastructures are located in Europe. No marketing use is made by default. If newsletters are sent, they will also be delivered via Mailjet, strictly according to the consents collected.

Preference for Free and Open Source Software

We use open source tools whenever possible, ensuring maximum transparency in data processing. This also gives us full control over our infrastructure and information flows.

What We Collect
  • Data submitted via our contact forms or configurators
  • Email addresses for the newsletter (if you have given your consent)
  • Temporary technical logs, non-personal, for website security
  • We do not use advertising or profiling cookies
